For sale new with tags Filson Double Tin pants, Style 14004, size 38 waist, 33" inseam. I bought these a while back to wear quail hunting and since then I have lost weight, so I hope to sell this pair so I can buy a smaller size.

How close to a 38 are they? Do they run big or small?

The fit in the waist is a loose 38. A lot of room in the seat and back of legs.
When I bought them I worn a 36" pants, I tried them on with a pair of lightweight thermal pants and they fit good in the waist.
