Email is the best way.
Kirby was gone hunting for awhile, and then he has been real sick (Flu I think).
I imagine he is buried in work and is trying feverishly to get caught up (Okay-Pun intended
).
If you have sent him emails, he will return them, when he comes up for a breath.

What xp said. Sometimes it takes a few days, but he'll get back with you. More often than not i get a response within an hour, but stuff happens.
