I have a couple SWFA SS 3-9x42's, and a couple Bushnell 10x's which also function as an FFP. They are what I cut my teeth on. SWFA is supposed to be coming out with 1 or 2 new scopes this year that should be really nice in the mid power range. Will have my eye on those! I have played with a number of others including older Leupolds with the premiere XR reticle which I like. If I had the money I might have their LT's on most of my rifles! I have played with the 3-15 Weaver tactical and is a very good scope IMO. I like the PST's as well. I am not a big fan of high power scopes so the one I would be interested in is the 4-16 FFP. It has had good and bad ratings for optical clarity so I haven't bit the bullet on hat one yet. I am hoping the next generation will get those issues fixed. I actually really like the new viper HS version coming out this fall with the XLR reticle. It has 1/2 MOA turrets though which I am not too happy about. If I could get that reticle, or a similar one in MIL, in a PST I would be pretty excited. Bushnells Elite tactical line has 2 new FFP scopes out with their new G2 reticle. I haven't seen either in person but have owned a bunch of elites 3200 and 4200's and if they are online with the 4200's, which they are supposed to be, they will be very nice. I think they have a 3-12 and a 3.5-21. Scot E.
