HELP. My cartridges either nose down into the lug recess or hang up on the edge of the chamber. Does this whether from the magazine or from single shot follower. Anyone got a fix????

What was the original caliber.
You may need to get new magazine parts.... and you are lucky - Rem just released the 17 Fireball, which is the same as the mk4 - so you can replace the box, follower, and the spring with factory pieces parts.
