The haz mat fee is 20 bucks if you let them know what your shipping,You can get one of the flat rate boxes and ship it for under10$ if your sneakey( so i haveheard).

Local sportsmans warehouse $27.90 plus tax that's @ the $2.79 per 100 price -5.00 for 1000 $22.90 plus tax the shipping fees are a KILLER

And get to answer a lot of questions from the Postal Inspector. The $20 fee is nothing compared to fines, court costs, or worse.
