Well out of my 223 Rem 700 BDL I have shot 40 grain Vmax's at 3710 fps with 29.0 grains of H-335 and 50 grain SX's at 3384 with 27.0 grains of H-335 but you need to work up to these loads they do not have any signs of pressure in my gun but they might in yours.
40 gr GS HV at 3850 fps. Start with 26gr of AA2230 and work up to it. We built a 224x64 (similar to a 22-06 Easling) and run these 40gr bullets at 4700 fps. It kills springbuck and blesbuck like the hammer of Thor.
