Which one is recommended to produce the most consistant throws for match grade ammo production?

If you mean Bench Rest Competion when you say "match grade", they don't generally use the electric contraptions. BR shooters use manually operated powder measures and rarely, if ever, weigh their charges.

If you're looking for an electric scale and powder dispenser for "any" type of reloading you'll find that the RCBS Chargemaster 1500 usually gets the top rating.

I've got one and wouldn't be without it.

RCBS Chargemaster hands down. The Lyman ain't too bad if it turns on.
