Do I need FL and Neck dies initially?

This is a new Shilen barrel, not a used barrel. But just to be sure I talked to Shilen and was told the brass and dies I have will be fine. Maybe when I get more experience under my belt, I will know all the ins and outs. I am learning more and more everyday thanks to you guys. Thanks again!
