Could you possibly construct the faithful "barber shop pole"? Cm increments in alternating red and white stripes - perhaps 2-3 meters tall. Place said pole at your known 100 meter range and check your tracking via visible cues useing the reticle. I have tracked my MOA adj scopes with good success.

I would be interested in seeing your actual data if possible?
I am doing a very similar thing to you and struggling to match actual to calculated.
I am using my PMII 4-12X50 on my .22 (in the absense of the AI)
PS I am showing early signs of 'ballistics-nerditry'

Taking one of those unknown wild long shots. I've seen weird things over the years.

If its unexplainable could it simply be something like differing(than normal) harmonics, barrel vibration, nodes, barrel whip etc....

I know how much one can want to know why. Years ago I ran out of time trying to learn how to win matches. Found out that more shooting and learning the gun etc.... was much better spent than tweaking loads and asking why.
