I started shooting my 25-06 yesterday.
I finally arrived with 100gr Barnes TTSX bullets
with 56gr of RL-19. with Remington LR primers.
3 shots a Canadian $2 coin will cover. I wish I had a chrony. My rifle is a Rem 700 24" barrel.
Is there any difference in using magnum primers and
standard? All I know is CCI primers are harder.
Over the years I have heard it said that when it's real
cold up here in Alberta one should use magnum primers.
What's everyones opinions of different makes & types of
primers?
