I have been putting a gun together since summer. Truthfully, I have lost interest with so many projects pending. Here is what I have. A Sako L579 action with a Stainless Remingtion .308 40X extra heavy barrel 7/8 at the muzzle. The action has been blueprinted and the bolt jeweled. The barrel also has an 11 degree target crown. I had the barrel and action finished with a brushed stainless MilSpec coating that resists 1000 hours saltwater emersion.
