Deer in my Zeiss 6-24x56 scope pic.

I took this picture through my Zeiss scope at 20x when I was hunting deer in the dusk.
The deer is about 700yards away.

I am considering one of these scopes and would like your comments re maintaining POI at different power settings?
As I understand it the 6-24 are a 2nd focal plane reticle.

It's 2nd plane. If 1st, you probably wouldn't be able to see the deer behind the reticle.
