Eric Wallace did the blue printing, install, chambering of the barrel and brake. I did the pillar bedding, and a local gunsmith did the trigger job. The rifle was built in a few different stages. Has a total of 80 rounds through it. That was all load development, tried H4350 powder as well… So far the 44 grains of rl17 sitting .005 (2.952 COAL) off the lands was shooting the best.

Between buying a house, getting more into archery and having medical bills I haven't had the time or money to shoot this rifle, and can't justify leaving it sit in the safe and not get used. Asking $2500 obo for everything, shipped to your FFL.

Everything its built with and includes:
Remington 700 short action
McMillan M40A-1 HTG Stock
pillar bedded
Wyatt Extended Mag Box
Trigger job (3.5lbs breaks like glass)
Benchmark 6.5mm barrel, SS, flutted, 1:8 twist, 3 groove
260 rem match chambered
Trued, hand lapped, blue printed action/barrel
Custom made muzzle brake
260 rem match chambered
Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40SF scope (Mildot)
DNZ Game Reaper 1-Piece Scope Mount

80 pieces once fired Rem 260 brass
20 loaded rounds (44.0 grains RL17, 260 brass, Berger 140VLD)
3 boxes (100ct each) Berger 140VLD Hunting bullets
200 pieces of 243 brass
260 dies (2 piece full length die set)

What is the barrel length? What is the weight of the rifle. Have you chronographed your load to see what the velocity is?

25", its a lilja #5 contour.

9.8lbs with scope, and flippy caps, so pretty much ready to go minus the ammo.
