Custom 22-250 cheap

I built this rifle and have only shot it 10 times 5 to sight it in and one 5 round group. It is a Remington 700 vls the action has been blueprint and a 24" #4 Shilen 1-12 twist barrel installed. The barreled action is Cerakote graphite black. The rifle was built by King Custom Arms. The one group I fired was under .5" at 100yds. It has a Bausch and Lomb elite 4200 4-16x50 scope with Leupold based and rings. I'm pricing the gun cheap for a quick sale because I need to pay a couple bills. $1300 shipped or $1050 if you don't want the scope and rings.
