Yes 5.56/223 with Hornady V-max 55 grain. And Hornady 75 grain OTM. Most were pretty close due to terrain and cover preventing me from seeing them past 50 yds. But the snow pic was over open cattle country with 75 gr. and they usually hang up at 300 yds + because that section gets called a lot. It's all in MT. When I hunt the real brushy, heavy cover area's I use my carbine with red dot so I can get some practice with it. When I hunt the open area's I throw the 18" barreled upper with 3x magnifier on it for extra reach. On a side note I know many of us don't use ear pro when hunting. I learned a hard lesson using a brake with no ear pro. I had a pack of 4 come in and surround me. I went through a 20 rd magazine trying to get them all. I did permanent damage to my ears on that one. Even with a 223 a brake is just too loud with no ear pro. Lesson learned.
