Cosine / Angle finder with level, Help finding it

I am looking to find who makes the one that attaches to the scope tube and has the level bubble on top and the cosine dial on the left side. I don't have room to mount them seperate.

Any info on where to order one would be appreciated.

Thank you! That is not the one I have seen before but it looks very nice and it comes in left and right.

I also have seen one that resembles a NightForce ring with the bubble on top the scope. But now I can't find them for sale.

I think I can get both of these mounted and with plenty of room and they both look to be the most durable and recoil resistant.

Their website says they'll export them, email and find out the details. They are going to be expensive with the current exchange rate, 175 Euro is ~$270 US.
