FOR SALE: Cooper M-21 Phoenix in 204.
I bought the rifle new two years ago (April). Have about 300 rounds through the barrel.
Barrel was replaced by Cooper last August. (Have the paperwork)
Also have the identical rifle in 20 Tactical. If you would prefer that caliber... or both. ( I'm easy)
Working on two projects... Getting expensive..

Do I understand correctly, the new replaced barrel has 300 rounds down it. If the rifle's only two years old why the new barrel? Was it originally a 204 ruger? How does the new barrel shoot?
