hey everyone. im from nz and will be coming to california for 2 months. im 23 and just getting into longer range hunting. the main reason for coming over is to go white water kayaking for 2 months and hopefully climb el capitan in yosimite too. but i was also wanting to perhapes meet up with someone from on here and go shooting for the day. im not particular as to what we shoot.
paper, steel, pdogs, hogs, ect. but i was really just wanting to reach out there and learn so new things from someone with more experience.
my longest shots so far are 300 on bunnies with my .223 and 400 on tahr with the .308.
id love to shoot some steel/rocks/ targets at 1k cos that still blows my mind.
anyway im not to sure where in my scedual i could fit this day in. but would like to have the option.
ill be flying into san fran on the 11th of may and out on the 15th of july.
planning to be in the sacramento area.
