I have been using this rest for over a year now and I love it. Last week I noticed a little noise as I drew my bow. I finally identified it and it was from the spring that attaches to the launcher arm. It isn't loud enough to really worry about, but I do so I contacted the company. I have dealt with alot of customer service departments in the past. Most of the time if I got an email back within 24 hours I was impressed. Richard at Cavalier responded to my first email within an hour and a half. Since then I have coresponded through email with him several times and had a responce within 20 minutes. This included the one that I wanted to hear saying that the new parts that they are using should fix the problem and he needed to know the address to send them to. It is amazing to see this level of customer service today!
