Carrying a Rifle on your Sitka Pack?

What are you guys using as far as a "Rifle boot" to attach to a Sitka pack for the butt of the rifle sit in. I am using a Sitka Flash 20 as a day pack but would like the option the carry on the pack at times. I have thought about picking up a "badlands" boot or an EXO mountain boot but wanted some opinions on both or other options.

For me the best rifle carrier is the Kifaru "Gun Bearer".

Easy to set up on my pack and very fast to get the gun out and up.
