Can't bed a Tikka T3 ????????????

Good point. Shooting .6" groups with a magnum using cheap factory ammo is hard to top. It is still tempting though.

NEVER heard of ANY plastic Tikka parts cracking/breaking, etc.

So I ask WHY replace w/Aluminum?

I'm placing aluminum pillars in a Tom Manners aftermarket stock. I'd rather have metal all the way between the head of the action screws and the action, rather than the plastic trigger guard when I torque down the action screws.

Up until now, the only factory replacement metal trigger guards I've found were made overseas and cost more than $220. So at $135, these still aren't cheap, but looking pretty nice compared to $220+.
