butler creek scope caps size for a zeiss conquest

does anyone have butler creek scopes caps on a zeiss conquest 6.5 -20 50mm ?? I did find out the front size is #39 but the rear is where I am having a problem ..I have narrowed it to the #18 or #19 size according to the size chart but I would like to hear from someone who actually has one installed already ...the rear rubber eye piece has me concerned on the proper size ....

I would go with the EYE 19 and OBJ 39.
