Burris Ruger to Weaver Adaptor

Just got my ruger to weaver adaptor in the mail from SWFA.The problem is when i tighten the screws down the claw on the left side rolls up and it looks like i am not getting a good grip on the receiver.Any one out there with a solution for my problem?
