I'm looking at building a 7mm weatherby with a remington 700 action,match barrel (26"), aftermarket stock and some freebore taken out. I realize this will increase pressure. I'd like to try Berger 180's,but from what I hear the vld's like to be into the lands.Would this combo make to much pressure before getting the velocity needed? I really don't want to build the gun around theses bullets. I might want to shoot something else. Also what twist should this barrel be I'm thinking 1 in 9. Any info would be of great help.
