The brand of scope is Bushnell...One was a Banner Dusk &amp; Dawn 3x9x40 with a circle X recticle and the other one (.300WM) was also a bushnell 3x9x40 but it had a TRG recticle. I like the bushnells, they have served me well, but I think I'll need to upgrade my selection. What brands of optics would you choose if you were on a limited budget and had $4-$500 to spend? I'd like to try a Sheppard scope but I think I'd have to tack on about $800-$1000 to the $500 I've got. Thanks in advance.</p></blockquote><p></p>
