Not to trash on the Canadians, but I have to laugh. My wife and I own a jewelry and leather business where we travel all over doing art shows. We winter in Arizona at the 55+ RV resorts ( I’m 36...). They’re loaded with Canadians. We set up a silversmith/leather shop in canopy tents behind the motor home and at one point or another, just about everyone in the Park has to swing by to check out what is going on. Well, being a leather guy and a gun guy, I do lots of holsters. It was right after a big show where we had taken 11 custom orders and I was working on just gun leather that day, when our (Alberton) neighbors all had their adult kids come to AZ for a visit. About 10 of em all came into the tent at the same time unannounced while I had all these pistols laid out on my work table. The look on their faces was priceless. It never really dawned on me that folks from the supposed “country “ could be so terrified of inanimate objects. Big guys, visibly shaken by the sight of a gun ( well, guns).... totally brainwashed. I did offer to take em out and shoot (mine). None accepted. All are very polite.
