Box to ship a rifle in???

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I am having a heck of a time finding a cardboard box to ship my rifle (in a hard case) to my gunsmith. I've checked several local Houston gun dealers, and a UPS Store, but no luck. Any ideas?

If those won't fit your hard case, then you could build a box out of a refrigerator or washer box. Home Depot has held boxes for me before.

Get some cardboard & make your own. Refrigerator boxes are large enough to cut down.

Buy a cheap gun case in the box. Take apart the box and reassemble box inside out so there is nothing on the box that says "Gun".
Put rifle in hard case, in the box and ship. You can buy cheap cases at Walmart.

best fitting box is one from fluorescent light bulbs. ....can be cut to length. ...add cushioning to insides.
