Best powders for 180 gr tsx for 30-06?

I am new to reloading and am having trouble deciding on an accurate powder for barnes tsx in 30-06 marlin xl7. I will be using it for hunting 100-400 yds. Any recommendations for a starting powder?

I'd use H-4350.

One of the best powders for the 30-06, by far, is RE19.

Will H4350 fit in the casing? The barnes manual says it's load density is 101%? If I back off a little will that work? I have heard that barnes bullets can be rather long. Just want to make sure it will go together ok. Please advise. Magnumaniac... Did you mean RL-19? The Manual said the load density is 108%. Does it need to be compacted or pushed down?
