Bergers VS Barnes VS Hornady etc

Im building a 7mm rem mag to hunt with from 0-500 +- yards and target shoot to about a 1000 yrds i want to shoot the same bullet at animals and the target just wondering what guys are using?
how do the bergers perform at close range 0-100 yards?
