    Remember how intently that bull was grazing. I think you said, walk a step and eat everything w/in reach then another step and eat it all again.

    Being a warrior during the rut causes that behavior. They only have so much time to restore what they lost during the rut and as you saw they pay very little attention to anything but food.

    That's why the woof's can get a closer start on the attack of a bull vs cows. Thus the bull becomes the preferred munchin' for the woof's.......
