Barrel gets hot after one shot?

Im using a 7mm Remington mag
OAL 3.280 Remington Brass
154 gr. soft point hornady interlock's
GM215M Large Magnum Primers
Hodgdon Hybrid 100 V powder

It groups well, ten minutes in between shots. One shot, at a time. If I take three in a row, they are scattered, on the board. Any suggestions, if it is my primers or too much powder?

Sounds like a really thin barrel. Look at it this way though, at least you know your cold bore shots are going to be dead on.

And or possibly a bedding concern, is your barrel free floated....
