Barrel Break in on Rem 223 Tactical??

I just got a Rem 223 SPS Tactical, 20" heavy barrel.

This may have been discussed before but I am new to this forum.

Is there, or what should I do for barrel break in on this gun?

Any opinions or thought will help.

Kevin, you might have a tough time getting guys to answer, this has been beat to death.
