Aussie sambar stag- trailcamera shots ! Wow !!

Heres an interesting sequence of shots I recently downloaded off my trail camera.

The mature stag tests the scrape for scent below.

Then a very rare shot of the stag" preaching in the tree some 10 ft off the ground

Then the stag taking out his frustration on the vegetation around the scrape. " Whos your daddy !"

Not a huge stag by antler size but a great group of pics in between the other 500 shots of moving branches !

Great set of photo's, well done.
I like the one of him preaching.

Its a wonder the flash didn't put him off? He must have been real worked up!

He shows a lot of potential, if he lives a few more years he will make some hunter very happy.

That's a great set of pictures, first time I've seen a deer preaching.

It'd be good to run into him in a year or two.
