f so, I'm curious what your experience has been.

Thinking of trying them in my 270 Weatherby. With a BC of .497 and starting velocity of 3400 fps +, they should make a darn good long range option. The numbers are pretty impressive. Still carrying almost 1000 ft/lbs of energy at 900 yards and only 64 inches of drift at 1000 yards.

I've used them for two years in my 270 WSM. No long range shooting but they made big holes in the 3 deer I have shot from a little over 200 yards to 430. The exit holes were fist sized to a little larger.

I have also used the 130 Vld with similar results at ranges to 216 yards out of my 270 Sherman recently.
