Another Nikon Monarch question

I currently have a nikon monarch 4-16x42 mil dot and I was wondering if it would be possible to put on an aftermarket target knob such as the kenton industry ones or if another company made another that would work on this? i know it doesnt have a lot of adjuatment but with some burris signature rings with inserts it should work out to 600-700 yards. Thank you

I talked to Tony at Nikon who told me that within a few weeks Nikon will have their turrets available for the 4-16. He thought cost would be about $75. I ended up buying a 5-20 x 44 which comes with the turrets.
