UPS and mark the shipping container ORM-D in several places.

+1 on what MontanaBob said, you can google ORM-D labels and print them off and tape them to the outside of the box. Don't try to ship them from a "UPS STORE" as they won't let you, you will have to go to an actual UPS Hub-depot. Here is a link for the labels. http://www.type03.net/ammo/orm-d-white-sheet.pdf

If you set up an online UPS acct I believe you can also request a pick up and print your shipping label online but what Elkcoholic said was correct. The stores will not take them or if you have a local business that has daily pickup you can try that.

Reasonably sure Fed-Ex & DHL as well. Postal regs disallow any ORM-D shipments or pressurized containers. There will be a surcharge in addition to the ship cost.
