Add on target knobs

I got a Zeiss Diavari scope , #8 reticle, without target knobs. I would like to use this on a hunting rig, but rarely I need to dial up for a shot. I currenlty use a MK4 leupy but the Zeiss is sooo much brighter in low light cunditions. I have Nightforce NXS scopes that are almost equal in low light but are too heavy for this hunting rig.

Does anyone know of an aftermarket add on knob for the elevation turret to fit the Zeiss?
