Well I recieved my second laminated A5 stock from Joel Russo and as the last the fit and finish are great its gonna take very little work to get this one pretty.

I have already layed out the comb section thats gonna be cut away to make the adjustable comb. I still have to make my big front bedding piller 1" (still thinking) and get a pad and fit it on their then get it all finished out.

this is gonna be the base for a 260 Rem that 308Nate is building. I'm taking pics as the progress goes maybe one day it'll be finished and hsooting and I can post some pics.

anyway , just figured that I'd give another plug to Joel as his product and service were great again.

Joel, do you make a stock with a straight taper bottom more like an A2, or could you just leave the wood on the bottom of the A5? Thanks, Brad

Brad,

I do not have a pattern for the A-2. I can leave wood on the bottom of the A-5L so that you may shape it to the taper you want.

Joel,I've got a stock I want to send you after the holidays to duplicate.Do you have many different color patterns of laminates? The stocks will be for target shooting, and I'm hoping for more colorful woods.BTW,myself and 2 friends will want to have 6 made up.

Biggjake,

I have a bunch of different color combos in stock, from mild to wild. Send me an e-mail and I send you lots of pics. If I don't have what you like. I'll be happy to special order a panel in your colors. No extra charge. I will be ordering more wood in the next week or two.
