A New twist for Roast

    Not being a huge fan of Roasts I do this alot to use them up.

    Put roast of choice into a crock pot, or slow cooker, untill you can pull/ shread the meat apart. Add a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and cook in the slow cooker some more. Put meat into your favorie bun or biscuit, and devour. In my opinion this rivals any pulled pork sandwich.
