My wife and I headed into a normal good hunting spot and spotted these about 3/4 mile in all in all we ended up walking in 12" of crusted top snow. we were able to stay hidden in a creek bottom then just popped up over the hill and laid down by the fence, my wife did the videoing, I ranged these critter at 653 yd.. and dialed in the drop. Wind was under 2 MPH. I took this shot with my 7-300wsm with 180 Berger's as well. The shot went in just behind the front shoulder centered perfect int he body ( if you tube didn't loose so much quality you would be able to see the bullet trace go right into her, in fact if you look real close you may be able to see it, but it's not very clear. After the shot my wife headed toward the animal and I walked a mile back to the pickup and drove around to meet her at the critter which had fallen just on the other side of the hill. All in all it was a very good memorable hunt. Hope you enjoy.
