I have been researching the same thing, as we have some older movies of hunting and family vacations that we want to convert to DVD.
What I have found is theres a few places that will do it, buts its very expensive. The other alternative is to setup a video recorder on a tripod and just record the movies as you are projecting them, then load it onto a computer and burn your DVD....
Thats the method I am going to try, I guess the final outcome will be based on how good you video camera is....
