7mm08 quickload help

hello im working up a load for my 7mm08 would like to acheive 2800 fps while keeping a safe load im interested in RL-17 and varget can anybody kindly punch the numbers in for me
feel guilty for asking but im poor and spent all my money on rifle and scope
just would like to know projected velocities and pressure

7mm08
140 grain accubond
rp brass case capacity 52.2 grains water
23" barrel 1in 10 twist
cci benchrest br-2 primers
col 2.8 (.03 off lands)
powder varget and RL-17
temp based in uk so 15 degrees celcius

RL17
43.8 grains at 2874 FPS MAX LOAD
42.7 grains at 2801 FPS


varget
40.5 grains at 2787 FPS MAX LOAD

many thanks thats a big help very surprised at the varget i worked a load to 42.5 grains the other day and got 2820 no visable pressure signs
