[QUOTE="rcdinaz, post: 482072, member: 31581"] Thanks for all the feedback so far! I am leaning more and more towards the 7mm Rem but hadn't thought about the STW so I am going to look it over. I am trying to keep it in the $2,000 - $2,500 range. Any reason that would be a challenge? Yes, I realize there are a million options to throw in the mix. Just making sure I am not planning short of what I should be. [COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]As for the build; I have looked most seriously at Center Shot and Quarter Minute Rifle and one place in my home state (AZ) that I used a few years back that I wont use because they just arent all that pleasant to deal with. Seems there are a lot of capable smiths but some return calls and email right away and really like talking to clients and seem to at least pretend to be excited about helping out and others maybe have too much work to be bothered.
