I am considering getting a Sensero in 7mm RUM and they come with a 9 1/2 twist. I want to be able to shoot a 180 VLD out of it for LR shots but Berger recommends a 9 twist. Do any of you have any experience with this? Will the 9 /12 twist Sendero stabilize the 180 VLD or will I have to use a smaller bullet?

You should be fine.

I tried that bullet out of my Rem 700 7 RM with the same factory twist of 1 in 9 1/4" I believe. I got .5 MOA and nice round holes out to the furthest I shot them which was only 800 yards.

Since you are considering the RUM, you really should have no problems since it pushes the same bullet a good 250fps faster.

I tend to agree that velocity will make it ok for you.

I've run it on two of my stability programs (miller is one) and if you keep them above 3,150 fps at 59 degrees you should be fine.
