I see the SSTs are in 149gr and in my loading Manuals there are loads for the 150s
can I use the same weight of Powder for this load.

As always you need to work up to max loads with an eye on possible pressure signs but you should have no problem using 150gr data.

Yes you can, but like any other loads you have to work them up.

I load SST in my 7mag and have never heard of a 149gr version. I've loaded the 139, 154, and 162(what I use). If you meant the 139gr then start with the starting loads for the 140gr bullets.
