6mm Wildcat 3800fps

R-33 isn't going to give the best velocity when it's that overbore. R-50, 869, WC872, etc are going to be your friends. But like I said....around 3600fps is a safe max. Sure there are fast barrels that get 150fps more on occasion but it's not the norm.

Yup.

If you want to go fast, IMO go up in diameter.

It might help to understand why you want a 6mm 105grain projectile to go 3800fps

3800 fps, I don't think the bullet would stay together for more than 10 yards and if they would the barrel would look like a shotgun barrel in less than 100 shots with the size of the case and amount of powder you would need to do it...and the ultimate question, WHY ???

Fast and flat. Lightning bolt performance on yotes at distance. Flat out to 350+ and low recoil.

So you want a 350 yard "Point Blank" window. As in no elevation adjustment inside 350 yards.

How about a 257/300WSM throwing a 90 grain Sierra BlitzKing at ~3850 from a 26 to 28 inch barrel. No more than +-2.5 inches out to 350 yards on a 300 yard zero. 71 grains of Reloader-26 isn't even a hot load.

Fit in a standard short action magnum easy as pie.

A 1000 yard competition bullet is probably not the thing you need.

I'm running a 6mm-06 at 3450 with 105 bergers, and it shoots flat, I don't change anything out to 350-400 , just point, shoot, and they fall over. It's not 3800, but it might be an option for you. Dies are easy to get also.
