I need some help finding and choosing a bullet for my 6.5x284. Right now im shooting Berger 140 gr (vld hunting). I have had no complaints about the round other then on coyotes its like punching a football through one. I have also tried some 120 gr ballistic tips and they do about the same thing. I was curious if anyone has tried the berger 140 gr (vld target). Would this bullet do the same damage as the hunting? Or should i look into an FMJ?
