6.5-280 otherwise known as 264 Hawk. Anyone know much about this?

Well sorry if I'm boring you with my repetitive questioning. I have been asking about a few calibers deciding on one, then discover a new one. I think I finally settled of the 6.5-06 AI because I wanted something different. I just read about a 6.5-280 AI or maybe called the 264 hawk. Does anyone have any experience with this or any knowledge about it. Probably not gaining much of anything over the 6.5-06 but even more unusual and both must be reloaded for anyway. The gun smith creating it is z-hat or (Hawk) and he has custom brass for it and dies as well. Anybody dealt with him? Quality of brass/dies good? opinions. Thanks.
