.338 WM too much for Black Bear?

I asked my neighbor about the .338, and said go for the lungs not the shoulders
the lungs will turn into jello. is it a good Bear rifle? HELL YA! It kicks hard without a muzzel break. He has never lost a Black Bear just don't shoot a two year olds. The damage it will do to a small Bear, well its dead.

Nice looking bear, my first one was a cinnimon with a .338WM . I regret not keeping the hide on that one now as all others have been just black since. Oh well it did taste good though. Congrats

The last black bear I shot with my 416 Taylor 350gr at 2450fps. Naw the 338 isn't to much.
