Whatcase head size does a 338 lapua have?
What I am thinking about is can a 30/378 weatherby accumark be rebarreled to 7mm allen mag with no boltface changes?

Approx. .590", yes.

If I remember correctly, the 338 Lapua is SLIGHTLY larger in actual rim size but they are so close that there is generally no problem with such a conversion.
